After a short transfer by minibus from the train station in Dijon, your guide will do a briefing about how to use the bicycle and adjust your helmet, you’ll ride in the heart of the Burgundy wine region, a world heritage UNESCO « Les Climats de Bourgogne ». All along the day everything is composed to make you feel the essence of gold and ruby Burgundy.

« La Route des Grands Crus », the Burgundy Champs-Elysées, is the spine of the day bike ride.

After landscape viewing and wine explanation, It’s already wine time, let’s visit a winery in Vougeot with its typical cellar. You’ll walk through, taste a few wines and eat traditional “Gougeres”.

Back to bike and ride into the Grands Crus vineyards passing the famous Clos de Vougeot, then the iconic Romanee Conti, we may be able to see the owner ? If you are beginning to get hungry, we will continue a few more kilometres on our quiet and safe paved road to join Nuits Saint Georges, capital of the Côte de Nuits vineyards for a traditional lunch.
